Zdravko’s paintings often feature a foggy river, where he always places boats with or without people as a motif. His motifs are often cyclists, for whom he was very famous and recognizable. Motives from rivers cannot go without his fishermen. In shades of pastel colors, in the haze, the thin line that separates the sky and the river, as well as the cyclists and fishermen of his greatest inspiration, is lost. All of that seems to be integrated into his way of working and every emotion is related to the river spilled like oil, calm and tame.
