General terms of purchase
The terms of use define the basic rules of shopping in our online store Galerija Španac at www.prodajaslika.org. The user accepts the use of the website www.prodajaslika.org exclusively for his own use. The user is strictly prohibited from using specialized programs (robots, crawlers) to download content, as well as any hacker attacks aimed at disabling the Internet store. This and any other use that is not in accordance with positive legal regulations is considered a violation of the rules and is subject to legal action.
Online shopping:
If you have decided to buy a particular work of art, click the buy button, fill in the form with your data and follow the further instructions. After that, we will send you an email with the confirmation of your order and its number. When your payment is recorded on our account, by fast courier with delivery or personal delivery, your desired work of art will be in your home. We are at your disposal for any other option, and if you wish, we can contact you and agree on your purchase.

All products displayed on the pages of www.prodajaslika.org can be ordered online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Buyers in the territory of Serbia can order the desired items quickly and easily at the address galerijaspanac@gmail.com
The prices of the works of art on the www.prodajaslika.org page are listed in dinars, euros and dollars. The prices in dinars do not include VAT because the Španac Gallery is not in the VAT system.
Galerija Španac reserves the right to cancel an order within 48 hours, from the registration of the order. This applies to situations when the gallery considers that it cannot meet the delivery deadlines for objective reasons.
The Gallery reserves the right to refuse an order from a customer with a previous history of questionable orders.
Payment methods:
Galerija Španac provides you with simple and safe payment methods. It’s up to you to choose.
1. Payment in advance via account, direct debit, bank transfer and general payment order.

The total amount, based on the proforma invoice, must be paid into our bank account. After recording your payment, the artwork or works from the purchase order are packed and sent to your address, unless otherwise defined by our agreement.
2. Borrowing.
This applies to the purchase of works of art of lesser value (up to 50,000 dinars)
Cash on delivery means payment of the amount of the artwork from the purchase order upon collection of the shipment.
Payment is made in cash to the courier who brought you the package.
Payment slip
Payment by money order implies that you can pay for your order by direct payment at any post office or bank. You will receive the detailed information that must be provided on the payment slip by e-mail immediately after the confirmation of the order by our support service. After registering your payment, the goods will be sent to the selected delivery address.
Electronic payment
Electronic payment means that you can pay for your order through an electronic banking application. You will receive the detailed data that must be specified on the transfer order by e-mail immediately after the confirmation of the order by our support service. After registering your payment, the goods will be sent to the selected delivery address.
Payment by credit or debit card
Payment by credit or debit card means that you can pay for your order with a credit or debit card that supports online payments. Delivery:
Galerija Španac can deliver your order to any address in Serbia.
The delivery time is 1 – 5 working days in accordance with the rules and methods of the courier service.
Goods are delivered for companies after registration of payment on the seller’s account. Goods are delivered exclusively on the territory of the Republic of Serbia, excluding AP Kosovo and Metohija. Delivery outside the territory of the Republic of Serbia is currently not possible.
The following postal services are available for delivery:
1. Post Express courier service of Serbia, www.postexpress.rs. It allows users to quickly and safely transfer shipments in domestic and international traffic (only for Slovenia, Croatia, Republika Srpska and Macedonia).
For more expensive paintings or for the purchase of several paintings, Galerija Španac personally delivers the paintings in Belgrade, around Belgrade, and mostly on weekends to your address.
The cost of transportation
Delivery is included in the price of the product and will not be charged additionally.
Warranty
Gallery Španac offers only original works of art. We guarantee that each artwork is truly the work of the signed artist and to this end we issue an official certificate that guarantees the authenticity, originality and ownership of the artwork. No digital processing was done on the photos shown on the website in order to eliminate irregularities of the artwork (removal of damage, scratches, etc.) and the colors in the photo and the colors of the artwork may differ somewhat due to different monitor calibrations. Each artwork is adequately packed to avoid damage during transport. According to the law on consumer protection, the buyer has the right to return the product in its original undamaged condition within 14 days from the day of receipt, whereby the buyer bears the costs of returning the product. Positive legal regulations are the basis for exercising all rights related to guarantees.
According to the Law on Consumer Protection (Official Gazette of RS, No. 62/2014 and 10/2016 – another law), purchases through our sales website www.prodajaslika.org are considered distance sales. The law for the case of distance sales establishes the right of the buyer, who is considered a consumer (a natural person who buys a product to satisfy his individual needs, and not to perform professional activities), to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the day the goods were handed over to him . When canceling, the customer may or may not state the reasons for canceling. The form/Declaration of withdrawal from the contract produces legal effect from the day it is delivered to the merchant. In case of withdrawal from the contract, the consumer has the right to a refund or exchange for another product. The money is returned to the customer upon receipt of the goods, after it has been determined that the goods are undamaged and correct. The buyer is obliged to return the goods without delay, and no later than within 14 days from the day he sent the cancellation form. After the expiration of the 14-day period from the day he sent the cancellation statement, the goods can no longer be returned. When returning the goods, it is mandatory to return them in a correct and undamaged condition, and the invoice must be attached. Upon receipt of the goods, it will be determined whether they are correct and undamaged. The buyer is responsible for the malfunction or damage of the goods that occurred during the period when the product was with the buyer and where the damages were caused as a result of handling in a way that is not adequate, i.e. exceeds what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functionality. If it is determined that the goods are defective or damaged due to the buyer’s fault, the price will be refunded and the product will be returned to him at his expense. The trader is obliged to return to the consumer without delay the amount paid by the consumer under the contract, and no later than within 14 days from the day of receipt of the declaration of withdrawal, and after receiving the goods in good condition. The costs of returning goods and money are borne by the buyer, except in cases where the buyer receives a damaged or wrong product.

What is not considered a reason for lodging a complaint
The defect in the product occurred after collection, as a consequence of your action or case, i.e. the risk of accidental failure or damage to the product after the moment when the product was handed over to the consumer or a third party designated by the consumer, is borne by the consumer, and this is not a reason to file a complaint. That is why we advise that if the package arrived damaged, take a picture or photograph it, and after opening it, if it is found to be damaged, Galerija Španac is not responsible for the resulting damage.

9. Statement of conversion or exchange rate difference
Statement on conversions – All payments will be made in dinars (RSD). If payment is made with payment cards issued by foreign Banks, the transaction amount in dinars will be converted into the Bank’s settlement currency (EUR) according to the exchange rate of the National Bank of Serbia. When debiting your payment card, the already converted amount will be converted into your local currency, according to the exchange rate applied by payment card operators.
