Storing your data

Your personal data, which was collected based on the creation of your account or by collecting data based on consent, will be stored until the moment of deleting your user account or until you withdraw your consent. We will delete data collected based on your consent even before withdrawing consent if the purpose for which we collected the data has been achieved. The request for deletion and revocation of consent does not affect the admissibility of the processing that was carried out on the basis of consent before the revocation. We may store your data even after withdrawing consent or after the purpose has been fulfilled, in situations where it is necessary to fulfill our legal obligation (e.g. the Accounting Act and the like) or to submit, exercise or defend a legal claim.
When entering payment card data, confidential information is transmitted via a public network in a protected (encrypted) form using the SSL protocol, currently the most modern cryptographic technology. The security of personal and financial data during online shopping is guaranteed by the payment card processor, OTP Banka Beograd, which is why the payment process is carried out exclusively on the bank’s website. Payment card data is not available to our system, but only to the bank’s system.

User privacy protection

We are conscientiously committed to protecting the privacy of all our customers. We collect only necessary, basic data about customers and users and data necessary for business operations and user information in accordance with good business practices and with the aim of providing quality service. Customers retain the option to be deleted from our database. Personal data about customers is available only to employees who need this data to perform their work.
