He was a Serbian painter and professor at the Faculty of Fine Arts of the University of Arts in Belgrade.
He studied painting at the Academy of Fine Arts in Belgrade from 1969 to 1974 in the class of prof. Stojan Celić.
At that faculty, he passed all university degrees and became a full professor in 1995.
As a scholarship recipient of the British Council, he stayed in London from 1980 to 1981, where he completed post-master’s studies in painting and graphics at the St. Martin School of Art.
