Complaints

Dear customers, if you want to file a complaint regarding the delivered package and products, please feel free to contact us. We strive to solve all possible defects without delay and in your favor. It is in our mutual interest to answer all your questions as soon as possible, so that solving your problem does not take longer than expected. Please inspect the package carefully in front of the courier immediately upon delivery and if you notice any damage, take a picture of the damaged package that arrived at your address. It is very important that you immediately report any damage that occurred during transport and is visible on the package to the courier who will deliver the goods to you, as well as Gallery Spanac.

What is not considered a reason for lodging a complaint

The defect in the product occurred after collection, as a consequence of your action or case, i.e. the risk of accidental failure or damage to the product after the moment when the product was handed over to the consumer or a third party designated by the consumer, is borne by the consumer, and this is not a reason to file a complaint. That is why we advise that if the package arrived damaged, take a picture or photograph it, and after opening it, if it is found to be damaged, Galerija Španac is not responsible for the resulting damage.
