Janoš Mesaroš recognized the painter in himself only when, due to a severe spinal injury, he was forced to leave playing professional football. It was in 1969, when he was 26 years old.
Oxford included him, because of his exceptional accomplishments and achievements in the field of art and painting, in his book of famous and recognized citizens of Serbia! Today he lives, works and creates in Belgrade.
