Instead of fantasy, his paintings offer sacred peace, spiritual silence and a sense of some primordial secret.

He is one of the few realist painters included in the book Serbian Painting of the 20th Century by Nikola Kusovac. His paintings are found in the homes of great art lovers and collectors. Milan Miletić exhibited it in over one hundred group exhibitions and thirteen solo exhibitions. He received several domestic and international awards.
